About My Clients
I work with those struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, academic and sport performance w/teens, self harm, suicidal ideations and unresolved trauma. I’m also excited to support woman going through infertility treatment, divorce or even navigating a co-parenting relationship. These life changes can be challenging and I truly enjoy being of help to you while also providing concrete tips and knowledge around how to work through these changes.
My Background and Approach
I have had a lot of academic and practical training but what really helps me to be genuine in my approach are some of my life experiences. I look forward to connecting and supporting you through your journey! I also offer walk-and-talk therapy. Let’s take your session outdoors!
