About My Clients
I have a background working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness. I have worked with that population for several years. I work well with people from all walks of life who are seeking more peace and clarity in their lives.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed and psychodynamic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I focus on building a therapeutic alliance with clients. It is through this alliance we can uncover the unconscious roots and meanings of distressing feelings, behaviors and thoughts. My approach also includes an understanding of the various ways people experience trauma, including social and economic disenfranchisement.
