About My Clients
My ideal client is someone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a life transition - whether it’s anxiety, relationship stress, grief, or postpartum challenges. They’re ready for support, even if unsure where to start, and open to exploring their thoughts and emotions in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Together, we build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in a humanistic foundation, meaning I value authenticity, empathy, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and play therapy when appropriate. This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, even in the midst of pain. I see therapy as a collaborative, human connection - one built on trust, honesty, and compassion. I value showing up as my authentic self, so you feel safe to do the same, without fear of judgment. I believe healing doesn’t mean “fixing” who you are, but better understanding yourself, building resilience, and creating a life that feels meaningful and aligned. I also believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach - your story, pace, and goals matter. My role is to support, guide, and empower you as you navigate challenges and discover your strengths along the way.
