About My Clients

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are beneath stress, trauma, or survival patterns. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, emotional intensity, or feeling stuck in cycles they can’t seem to shift. They’re often insightful but want deeper clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self. Our work focuses on nervous system regulation and identity exploration, which naturally transforms how you relate to others.

My Background and Approach

My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and focuses on helping you build a more regulated, stable relationship with yourself. I take a flexible, personalized approach and meet you where you are, whether you’re looking for tools to feel more grounded or wanting to explore things more deeply. I draw from a mix of approaches that support self-understanding, explore how your past shapes your present, and help you get to know the different parts of yourself that show up in daily life. In our work, we’ll pay close attention to your internal world, including your emotions, patterns, and protective strategies, while also exploring how past experiences may be shaping how you feel and respond today. The goal isn’t just insight, but helping you feel safer within yourself so change becomes more accessible and sustainable. As your nervous system becomes more regulated, you gain more clarity, flexibility, and a stronger sense of who you are. This often leads to meaningful shifts in how you relat

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve been through, even if they don’t feel helpful anymore. Nothing about you is “too much” or broken. Many of the patterns that feel frustrating now once served a purpose, and part of our work is understanding and honoring that before trying to change it. I also believe that healing isn’t about becoming a completely different person, but about becoming more connected to who you already are. When you feel safer within yourself, you naturally gain more clarity, choice, and confidence in how you move through the world. I value authenticity, curiosity, and honesty in the therapy space. You don’t have to show up a certain way or have the “right” words. My role is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of your experience, and support you in building a relationship with yourself that feels more steady and compassionate.
