About My Clients

My clients are individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, healing, and personal growth. They may be navigating relationship challenges, trauma, sexual concerns, life transitions, or emotional distress. I work with clients who value self-awareness, open communication, and meaningful change, providing a supportive space to explore vulnerabilities, build resilience, and create more fulfilling lives and relationships.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship, trauma, sexual, and emotional challenges. My approach is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ART, and Motivational Interviewing with a compassionate, nonjudgmental stance. I focus on building safety, insight, and practical skills, helping clients navigate desire discrepancies, intimacy concerns, communication barriers, and personal growth. I work collaboratively to explore underlying patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster self-awareness. My goal is to empower clients to clarify values, set boundaries, improve connection, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships and lives, including guidance on ethical non-monogamy and sexual identity exploration.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful connection. Relationships—romantic, familial, or with oneself—thrive when built on trust, communication, and respect. I value honesty, empathy, and curiosity, and I approach therapy with a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and compassionate stance. I am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and support clients of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including polyamory and kink, with ethical, informed care. I believe in empowering clients to clarify values, set healthy boundaries, navigate desire and intimacy challenges, and make choices aligned with their authentic selves. My goal is to foster resilience, self-compassion, and more fulfilling, connected, and authentic lives for every client I work with.
