About My Clients
I am pro-you in whatever way you show up–your gender identity, sexual orientation, justice system involvement, relationship style, body size and physical ability, race and ethnicity, and unique way of experiencing and interacting with the world are welcome and celebrated here! I am affirming of neurodiversity and dissociative identities, and I believe that you are the expert on yourself. I love working with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent folks, dissociative systems, and trauma healing.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is creative and curious. I work from a humanistic, feminist, social-justice, trauma-informed framework, and cultural humility guides my practice. I offer a non-judgmental space for you to get to know all the parts of yourself, and leave plenty of room for humor and uncertainty. If the idea of finding the words to talk about your stress, trauma, or difficult patterns has ever kept you from engaging in therapy, I invite you to reach out and try something different. Art therapy is not just for artists, and doesn't require that you have any prior experience making art. I will meet you where you are and support you in your growth!
