About My Clients
Do you feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others? Maybe you’re used to holding a lot on your own and it’s starting to feel exhausting. In our work, we slow things down enough to understand what’s actually going on underneath and what keeps you stuck there. The goal is more clarity, steadiness, and connection—with yourself and in your relationships.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a graphic designer, which shaped how I listen and understand people, I pay attention to patterns, meaning, and what’s just beneath the surface. In our work together, we focus on what’s happening in your life right now, especially the patterns that keep you stuck in disconnection, self-doubt, overwhelm, or stress. We slow things down enough to notice what’s actually driving those patterns and how they show up in your emotions, body, and relationships. Sessions are active and collaborative, you won’t just be talking about things, we’ll be working with what comes up in real time so you can start to understand yourself in a different way and respond differently when old patterns show up. Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to shift what keeps repeating. Over time, the goal is more clarity, steadiness, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of your life—where all parts of you are welcome. I believe healing happens in relationship, in the presence of someone who listens without judgment, who stays curious about your lived experience, and who honors your strengths as well as your struggles. I believe people are naturally creative, resilient, and wired for connection, even if life, systems, or survival have taught them to protect or hide those parts. I believe growth comes not from fixing what’s "wrong" with you, but from understanding your story with compassion and clarity. I strive to create a space where complexity, identity, and nuance are respected—where you don’t have to shrink, translate, or explain what should already be understood. I trust that even in the messiness, there’s meaning—and that therapy can help you come home to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build.
