About My Clients

"I feel so alone" "They don’t understand me" "I need help". Are thoughts like these familiar to you? Do you struggle with feeling not good enough or that you're failing to move forward? Whether in your romantic relationship or personally, I’m here to help you find relief. Most individuals I work with are looking to process confusing feelings and/or pain. Couples I work with are often looking for support getting back on the same page; or navigating a consensual non-monogamous (open) relationship.

My Background and Approach

I’m a queer woman & certified clinical trauma professional, who provides therapy to those desiring a change by actively working to change the patterns they find themselves stuck in. Through regular sessions, I provide support while navigating the parts of life that feel painful, confusing, and frustrating. Together, we can work to resolve confusion, build on your strengths, and provide you with a personalized toolbox of skills to help resolve trauma that continues to show up in your everyday life. I work from the holistic viewpoint that our entire person [mental, physical, past, and present] are deeply connected. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness/Somatic work, Narrative Theory, and EMDR. I have a passion for helping people manage anxiety, depression, and uncertainty around self-esteem, relationships, and workplace issues. Giving yourself the gift of a space dedicated entirely to you, may be the first step towards the life you desire.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community I believe strongly in supporting disenfranchised communities. I deeply believe that providing adequate access to mental health can provide necessary support and transformative change for individuals, as well as entire communities. I find myself in the field of mental health because of my own personal experiences as a queer individual with neurodivergence, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and family of origin challenges. From my own experience, I strongly believe you can feel more confident in your relationships and your own path forward through therapy.
