About My Clients

Many of the individuals I work with are navigating identity development, healing from trauma, and/ or seeking support accessing gender-affirming care. You might be feeling stuck, looking to build stronger interpersonal skills, or needing a supportive partner for long-term growth. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

My Background and Approach

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when looking for a space where your authentic self is celebrated. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, allowing us to do the deeper, long-term work that fosters lasting healing and self-discovery. My professional interests include: LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, intersectional identity development and exploration, supporting survivors of trauma, and interpersonal skill building. I am passionate about advancing LGBTQIA2S+ health equity as a queer identifying clinician, and have previously worked in college counseling, emergency department, hospital, and community based settings. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); I hold an M.S.W. with a specialization in Trauma and Violence from Boston University, and a B.A. from Harvard University.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In my clinical practice, I strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive environment where clients can bring all aspects of their intersectional identities into the therapeutic space. My work is informed by an understanding of how systems of oppression, privilege, and lived experience shape mental health, relationships, and access to care. Grounded in cultural humility, ongoing self-reflection, and lifelong learning, I provide holistic care that honors each client's unique strengths, values, identities, and lived experiences.
