About My Clients
We can find ourselves in a state of paralysis, disconnected from the world around us and numb to our very own being. We question how we got to this dark place and do not know how to get out. I understand that dark place and I am here to navigate it with you. I work with individual adults, adolescents, and couples with a myriad of concerns including relational dynamics, depression, anxiety, identity issues, forgiveness, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I received my B.A. in Film and Television from UCLA and my M.S. in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. My background in these two fields inform my identity and allow me to approach therapy in a creative and experiential way.
