I work with adults navigating trauma, low self-worth, dissociation, addiction recovery, caregiver fatigue, and grief. I offer a steady presence for those in early sobriety or coping with BPD and dissociative disorders helping you feel safe, supported, and slowly at home within yourself again. My style is relaxed, real, and radically compassionate. Therapy with me feels like a genuine conversation—human, honest, and healing. I combine CBT, DBT, REBT, and narrative therapy to help you manage emotions, shift thought patterns, set boundaries, and reclaim your story.
