My Background and Approach
I can help you get out of feeling unsatisfied and unmotivated as soon as possible so you can live a purposeful, passionate, and connected life. I specialize in providing short term therapy so that you can experience rapid transformation. At the end of our journey together, you will gain skills, confidence, and new habits to optimize any area of your life. My specialization in short-term therapy came out of my own struggle with my purpose. I was dissatisfied with how long it took me to help my clients transform, so I started studying other treatment methods, such as coaching and hypnotherapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that my job is to work myself out of job. In order words, I do not believe in creating dependence on me. When working with me, I will give you tools that is easily applicable on your own, which also leads to the fastest transformation. I want to help you become your own healer.
