I believe everyone deserves access to high quality healthcare. And high quality care involves evidenced based practices and seeing progress over time. I prioritize treatment planning and progress discussions with my clients so we know that what we’re doing is actually helping! I value social and racial justice and take an active part in being anti-racist through racial caucusing in the community. I also value creativity and practice metalsmithing for jewelry arts. I also enjoy staying active and have felt first hand the mental health benefits of play, movement, and creativity!
