About My Clients
You’re a parent feeling overwhelmed by tantrums, power struggles, or anxiety-driven behaviors. You love your child, but sometimes wonder, “Why is this so hard?” I support parents of kids ages 2–16 who want less yelling, fewer meltdowns, and more connection. Whether it’s everyday stress or deeper challenges like anxiety, defiance, or emotional outbursts—we’ll work together to build calm, confidence, and clarity in your parenting.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting parents of children ages 2–16 who are navigating power struggles, emotional outbursts, anxiety, defiance, or daily stress. As a certified PC CARE provider, I offer a short-term, evidence-based model designed to create real, noticeable change—often within just a few sessions. My approach incorporates practical parenting strategies, mindset working and live coaching, in a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. Together, we focus on helping you better understand your child’s behavior, strengthen your communication, and build a calmer, more connected home life. Whether you're dealing with frequent tantrums, sibling conflict, bedtime battles, or deeper behavioral concerns, I tailor our work to meet your family's unique needs. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more confident, grounded, and hopeful—and they appreciate how quickly things begin to shift with the right tools and support.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every parent deserves support—and support without shame or judgment. All questions and concerns are welcome here. Parenting is one of the hardest (and most rewarding) jobs we’ll ever do, and no one should have to “figure it out” alone. I value authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and equity in the therapy space. I honor all family structures and cultural backgrounds and strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe lasting change begins with self-awareness and small, sustainable shifts. My role isn’t to “fix” you or your child, but to be a steady support person—someone who helps you navigate challenges and build the kind of connection, confidence, and calm you want in your family.
