I love working with youth and their families, and helping to bridge the communication gaps that often arise throughout the developmental journey of adolescence. I also have extensive experience working with women navigating issues of anxiety and depression, and the struggles of parenthood.

I value authenticity and natural connection, and strive to create a warm and trusting relationship with my clients. My approach is grounded in family system theory but draws on a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to helping clients determine problem clarity, as this is essential to achieving problem resolution. The feelings of anxiety and deep sadness can feel so overwhelming, and my hope for clients is that working collaboratively to fully understand the roots of personal pain will lead to healing emotional wounds.
