If you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, grief, motherhood, or life transitions while trying to keep everything together for everyone else, you are not alone .I support women navigating trauma, grief and loss, parenting stress, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is not about being “fixed.” It’s about helping you feel more grounded, confident, emotionally connected, and able to move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and peace. Whether you are navigating loss, trauma, parenting stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and hopeful again. My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with expressive and holistic techniques to create a warm, supportive space where healing feels gentle, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and emotions that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself, your values, and the life you want to create. I draw on DBT-informed strategies of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe individuals are capable of growth and change. I support environmental sustainability and conservancy efforts. I am an advocate and ally of the LGBTQ community. I volunteered for a sexual abuse helpline.
