About My Clients

My focus is on supporting AuDHDers, Autists, ADHDers, PDAers, and their families, as well as guiding anyone curious about these identities and how they may resonate. I offer exploration sessions and strengths-based neurotype evaluations for ADHD and Autism, prioritizing accessibility and ensuring that the process is both affirming and therapeutic. I also offer support for OCD (without exposure), learning disabilities, anxiety, school accommodations, self-esteem, postpartum, and parenting.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master of Science in Social Work degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology and human development from Vanderbilt University. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families in public schools, juvenile justice, mental health agencies, and my own practice as a postpartum doula. I specialize in neuro-affirming support for children and adults, as well as providing Autism and ADHD assessments. My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented, person-centered, co-regulatory, and felt safety focused. For my work with young people, I let them lead and encourage expression through play and creativity. As a multiply neurodivergent clinician, my style focuses on compassion and empathic validation, prioritizes low demand/high autonomy, and incorporates lived experience through authentic connection with clients (no matter their age!).

I offer online counseling in the following states:
