About My Clients

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, depression, or self-doubt begin to take over. Maybe you're a parent worried about your child's emotions or behavior, a teen struggling with school, friendships, or confidence, or a woman feeling stretched thin by life's demands. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Together, we'll create a space for healing, growth, and learning the skills needed to move forward with confidence.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely understands, while also providing the tools and guidance needed to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies you can use in everyday life. I work with children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, school challenges, and trauma. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, strengths-based interventions, play therapy techniques, and mindfulness practices, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is for every client to leave therapy feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with skills they can continue using long after our sessions end.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change, even when life feels overwhelming. I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" people because I don't believe people are broken. Instead, I see therapy as a space to better understand yourself, develop new skills, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. I believe meaningful change happens through a combination of compassion, self-awareness, and action. While life circumstances may not always be within our control, how we respond to them can be. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and confident in navigating life's challenges. I value authenticity, inclusivity, and creating a judgment-free space where clients feel safe being themselves. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the future.
