Some examples of community settings would be a private conference room at a library, coffee shops, restaurants, book stores, and parks as well as other places based on your preferences. Online sessions are also available through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
My Background and Approach
It's been said that the first step in getting anywhere is deciding you're no longer willing to stay where you are. I commend you for having had the courage to take that first step. My foundation as a clinician was built on the Strengths Perspective which emphasizes the inherent resilience present in all people and their ability to learn, grow, and change in spite of the challenges that face them. I employ an integrative approach to my practice in order to provide clients with the most effective interventions based on their individualized needs and treatment goals.
