About My Clients
I incorporate a humanistic, client centered and psychodynamic approach while working in collaboration with client’s to identify problems and explore issues interfering with their ability to feel fulfilled, while supporting solutions that will improve their over all well being. I have worked with a range of cultures and backgrounds and am comfortable exploring issues of sexual, race and gender diversity/fluidity.
My Background and Approach
Using mindful processing such as EMDR and Brainspotting while incorporating IFS and a somatic approach, I will work with you to help minimize symptoms of ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Codependency, and Attachment Trauma, etc..
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have been a mental health professional and a practitioner in the healing arts for over twenty years. My passion-families. Our family affects who we are and who we become, for better and for worse. We learn our vocabulary, our habits, our customs and rituals, and how to view and observe the world around us. My role as your therapist is to improve communication, resolve conflicts and break cycles so that who you become is the best version of ourselves, Our lives are a journey of choices. I am here to help you on that journey.
