About My Clients
Clients are a good fit for working with me if they are reflective, open to contemplation, or ready to better understand themselves. Together, we explore patterns and build self-awareness in a supportive space. If that sounds like you, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A simple conversation is often the best place to start. Feel free to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
My Background and Approach
I’ve spent years working in stress management and mind–body wellness, helping people navigate periods of overwhelm, burnout, and personal transition. My work has included teaching practical tools for managing stress, as well as supporting individuals in understanding the deeper patterns that shape how they respond to life. Through this work, I became especially interested in helping people access and make sense of difficult-to-reach memories and emotions—experiences that can feel confusing and hard to process on their own. At the same time, I saw how important it is to have a space to slow down, reflect, and truly understand what’s coming up. That insight is what led me to transition into counseling, so I could offer both practical tools and a supportive space for deeper exploration.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and unrushed. I believe our experiences are shaped by many factors, including personal history, environment, and the ways we’ve learned to cope over time. Things are often multifaceted, with many influences and layers, and I approach therapy with openness and respect for each person’s unique perspective. I believe that when we gain a deeper understanding of why we are the way we are, it creates more space for self-compassion. Understanding can begin to replace feelings of regret or shame that often arise when that clarity is missing. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can slow down, reflect, and make sense of patterns in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
