Working with many unique issues, I like to suggest a treatment that will best address the goals of the individual. As Certified ART, I can help reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, phobias, and PTSD. When working with a client that has ADHD, I like to address the ways ADHD impacts their life, learn the strengths, and build a plan to achieve goals.
My Background and Approach
I truly enjoy the time I am able to spend with others. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 and work with clients starting at age 4. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and recently completed training for Advanced and Enhanced. Currently, I am accepting new clients for Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ART. Let's toss out the idea of a person being ‘ideal’. I am here to help people wherever they are in life. It is an honor to journey alongside another's life as they initiate change and grow. Growth and change are often complex, I want to offer a safe palace for people to learn about themselves and thrive.
