About My Clients

I support women navigating anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions—new motherhood, relationships, or identity shifts. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Together, we create space for healing, boundaries, and balance so you can reconnect with your sense of self and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background across healthcare and private practice has taught me how deeply our environments shape how we cope and connect. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help clients uncover the “why” behind their struggles and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I meet clients where they are and help them move toward genuine relief, clarity, and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of compassion, connection, and service both inside and outside the therapy room. Alongside my clinical work, I’m actively involved in supporting local animal shelters and crisis helplines, causes close to my heart that remind me daily of the importance of empathy and human connection. I’ve also had the privilege of working closely with veterans and their families, helping them navigate the complex transition to civilian life, heal from trauma, and rebuild a sense of safety and purpose. These experiences have deepened my belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. In both my professional and personal life, I value kindness, authenticity, and advocacy. Whether it’s rescuing animals, volunteering in the community, or helping clients reclaim their strength, my work is rooted in respect for resilience and the belief that healing is always possible.
