About My Clients
My clients are often individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma (physical, emotional, sexual, spiritual, racial, neglect).
My Background and Approach
I incorporate psychodynamic, mindfulness, and CBT approaches to construct a space for growth and development. We will work on coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and more to help with the client's self-discovery journey. I currently provide individual and group therapy.
