About My Clients

My clients are adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Many feel stuck in patterns that once helped them survive but no longer serve them. They’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to better understand themselves so they can live more authentically. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface and create space for meaningful, sustainable change.

My Background and Approach

My background is rooted in trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered therapy. I view counseling as a collaborative process where safety, trust, and authenticity are central. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help clients explore the deeper patterns, relationships, and lived experiences that shape how they move through the world. My approach honors the ways your current coping strategies may have once protected you, while gently examining whether they still align with who you are becoming. I integrate insight-oriented exploration with practical tools, supporting both self-understanding and meaningful change. Above all, I strive to create a non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can show up fully as yourself and feel supported in building a life that feels more connected, purposeful, and aligned.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is both deeply personal and inherently shaped by the broader systems we live within. I value authenticity, social responsibility, and ongoing self-reflection in my work and in my life. I strive to practice from an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed lens, and I am committed to creating a space where people of all identities feel seen, respected, and supported. I recognize the impact of systemic inequities on mental health and approach my work with cultural humility and curiosity. I believe in the importance of consent, autonomy, and collaborative care, and I aim to continually educate myself so I can show up responsibly for the communities I serve. Above all, I value honesty, compassion, and meaningful connection—both inside and outside the therapy room.
