My Background and Approach
I’m Sarah Kelly, LPCC, a California telehealth therapist supporting adults through anxiety, depression, eating concerns, body-image challenges, and self-esteem struggles. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I combine practical coping strategies, evidence-based interventions, and holistic practices to help clients build resilience, self-trust, and balance.
