My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I've seen how often people communicate in unhealthy ways; together we can explore barriers to communicating assertively with confidence. Assertiveness does not equal being "rude" or "straight up", it's about being open, honest, respectful, and empathetic. I believe communication is extremely important. If we work together, we can address any symptoms you're concerned about and I will also encourage we strengthen communication. Being a healthy communicator makes life easier.
