I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I work well with men and women in all different stages of life. I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, and I am culturally inclusive and LGBTQIA affirming. I use a strength based and trauma informed approach to counseling.
