EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a structured form of therapy which helps people process traumatic or distressing experiences. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR therapy focuses directly on the memory, and is intended to change the way that the memory is stored in the brain, thus reducing and eliminating the problematic symptoms. It can also treat anxiety, depression, addiction, and physical pain.

The goal of Mindfullness is to help people cope with negative thoughts and emotions as they occur. "Mindfulness skills" help a person become calm and focused on the present moment, free from the cycle of negative thoughts and feelings. Gentle yoga movements or walking and breathing meditations may be used in mindfulness approaches as a way of heightening awareness of physical sensations.

Art Therapy can give you the opportunity to express your inner thoughts, while helping you to better understand and make sense of your emotions and your mental health. Art therapists go through special training on using Art Materials in therapy for a wide-spectrum of mental illnesses and disabilities. Materials include paint, photography, collage, clay, ect. Art therapy can be done virtually, if needed.

Anxiety includes general stress, fear, panic and panic attacks. Anxiety makes life difficult, and you dont have to deal with it alone. I teach many coping skills for anxiety. I use Art therapy, Mindfullness therapy, and EMDR, amongst other modalities in the treatment of anxiety.

I enjoy helping clients improve self esteem, and live more closely to their ideal lives. Healthy self-esteem is essential for a happy life and relationships. I use Art therapy, Mindfullness therapy, and EMDR, amongst other modalities to help improve self-esteem in Teens and Adults.

I am trained in providing EMDR, to help desensatize traumatic memories, allowing people to heal past trauma.
