About My Clients
I work alongside clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, perinatal mental health, and ADHD. I specialize in treating children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults.
My Background and Approach
My training and approach to psychotherapy is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic theory, however I also utilize additional psychotherapeutic strategies in the course of our work as appropriate. These include cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral strategies. I stress the importance of exploring the underlying roots of current difficulties, and come from a nursing background, which focuses on treating each individual holistically.
