My hope is to empower individuals, families, and couples to begin the revolution of making meaningful transformations in their lives. By manifesting change within ourselves and our lives, we work to change the world. All therapy is political, the revolution is within us.
My Background and Approach
I am dedicated to providing you with an individualized therapeutic experience to help create the space needed to be yourself. This includes working from an integrative approach consisting of; trauma focused therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and feminist therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal, as a therapist, is to meet you where you are and to aid in filtering through the helpful and the harmful. I want to open your eyes to recognizing which challenges require independence and which require interdependence. Whether these challenges are persistent mental health issues or trouble adjusting to life changes. Counseling is the piece of the revolution that educates and guides clients through their journey to empowerment.
