About My Clients
Typically, my case load is split between teens and young adults struggling to find their place in the world and children struggling with ADHD and Autism. I also love working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
As different as we all seem, at the end of the day, we just want to be accepted and loved for who we are. My goal in therapy is to find therapeutic techniques that work best for you and your life. Often, I borrow from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I take a friendly, slightly direct approach to working with clients -- helping them see that therapy, although tough, can also be invigorating and exciting.
