About My Clients
I work with anyone navigating the hard parts of life including grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or learning to become their authentic self. I have a clinical focus on religious trauma and the impact of high control belief systems. I also offer sex therapy, helping clients explore desire and pleasure, sexual trauma, and feeling disconnected from their bodies. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping clients feel more understood, empowered, and connected.
My Background and Approach
Being a human is incredibly complex and challenging. We can all benefit from having support and a place where we can be vulnerable and learn to navigate through life with more strength, resilience, and self compassion. I offer a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences with openness and curiosity. My work is guided by the belief that fulfillment and well being grow from understanding ourselves more fully and cultivating authentic, nourishing relationships—including the one we have with ourselves. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and life situations, honoring each person’s unique story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is inherently political. Our mental health does not exist in a vacuum, it is shaped by the systems, cultures, and power structures we live within. Experiences of oppression, inequality, and societal expectations can deeply impact how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our sense of safety and belonging. I approach this work through an intersectional lens, recognizing that each person’s experience is shaped by multiple, overlapping identities that influence how they move through the world. Integrating a social justice perspective into my work means helping clients explore how these larger forces intersect with their personal experiences, while also supporting them in reclaiming agency, autonomy, and self understanding.
