About My Clients
Do you feel misunderstood? If navigating life with a unique mind—whether through neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, or deep wounds like religious trauma—has left you exhausted and feeling invisible, know that support exists. I provide specialized, trauma-informed care dedicated to validating your lived experience. Together, we will build the clarity and resilience needed for you to live authentically.
My Background and Approach
My therapy work is rooted in a person-centered, humanistic approach to help you feel validated and seen. The work starts wherever you need it to - whether that's building coping strategies, gaining insight into how your brain works, or diving into trauma-informed treatment. I have lived experience as a late diagnosed ADHD person. I have also gone through my own religious deconstruction journey. I am ready to walk alongside you while you navigate your own journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up within highly structured and dogmatic environments taught me that my truth was often secondary to the group's comfort. This background gave me a deep understanding of religious trauma, anxiety rooted in belief systems, and emotional suppression. Through extensive personal therapy, I gained the skills necessary to deconstruct those limiting narratives. My practice is a safe space to help you navigate these complex beliefs—to question what was taught versus what is true for you—and finally reclaim autonomy over your own narrative
