My Background and Approach
I have been trained in providing sex therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma-based modalities including parts work & somatic interventions. During our initial session I will gather information about what is most important in your life, how your symptoms are impacting daily life and what you are looking for in this therapeutic process. You can expect my approach to be fluid, informative, and experiential, meaning that we will actively engage in interventions during sessions together to help empower you.

My approach is grounded in affirming practices that celebrate the full spectrum of gender, cultural identities, sexual orientations, spiritual ideologies, and relationship structures. I actively work to understand how systemic inequities, cultural narratives, and intersecting identities impact mental health and relationships. Therapy is not just about healing as an individual, it’s also about honoring the contexts in which we live and finding ways to create more authentic, empowered, and connected lives. Social justice is woven into how I listen, how I show up, and how I practice. My goal is to provide care that not only supports your personal growth and healing but also validates your lived experience and the resilience it takes to move through the world as your authentic self.
