About My Clients
I’m especially well-suited to work with adults who find themselves at a crossroads — when something no longer fits, or the pressure to change feels impossible to ignore. You may be managing stress quietly while appearing capable on the outside. You’re not in crisis, but you know something needs attention. You’re ready to reflect honestly, look beneath the surface, and take thoughtful steps toward a more intentional next chapter.
My Background and Approach
I received my MSW from the University of Washington and have ten+ years of experience working with adults navigating significant life transitions and stress. My clinical training includes mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and gestalt approaches, which allow me to work both at depth and with practical tools when helpful. In our work together, we’ll look at the underlying patterns, relational dynamics, and long-standing narratives that shape your present experience. This depth helps create lasting change, not just symptom relief. At the same time, I integrate coaching-informed conversations around decision-making, boundaries, and next steps so that insight translates into action. My style is active, warm, and engaged. I participate thoughtfully in the process, offering reflection, perspective, and gentle challenge when appropriate. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move forward with intention.
