Accepting Clients

The stories we tell ourselves about our lives are just as meaningful as the actions we take.

About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, polycules, friends, as well as chosen, biological, and adoptive families where all members are above 18 years of age. An ideal client is someone who is interested in seeing the patterns they engage in and disrupting them.

My Background and Approach

I am LGBTQ+, poly, and kink friendly and informed. I hold an expansive view - whatever is consensual and healthy for all parties is great! I use Narrative Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help you rewrite your own story. As a systemic therapist, I expand the conversation to acknowledge the complexity of the human experience. This means that we will talk about race, class, gender, sex, and much more.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I identify as a queer person and member of the LGTBQ+ community. I strive to follow antiracist principles and hold myself responsible for continuing to combat and unlearn racism, as well as other views I may hold because of my privilege. I am passionate about making change in my own community. Currently, I am working to regularly supply my local unhoused community with food, clothing, and other supplies as I receive them. I believe that people change when the cost of staying the same is higher and/or more painful than the cost of trying something new. Let's try something new together.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
