My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person within the context of their relationships, life experiences, and current stressors. I specialize in working with couples and families, helping them strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges together. In addition, I have extensive experience working with individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting them through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, and life transitions.
