About My Clients

I help women transform their lives and step into their most empowered, authentic selves. I specialize in Trauma, Attachment, and Abuse Recovery.

My Background and Approach

I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Simmons College and I received my MSW in clinical social work from Simmons School of Social Work in Boston, Massachusetts. I am licensed in the state of Maine as a Clinical Social Worker and am currently pursuing a Sexual Trauma Certification and Certification as a Sex Therapist through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. I have clinical experience working with the most vulnerable populations, and acute cases, in the state of Maine and have had the privilege of training under experts in the world of Brainspotting, including David Grand, PhD., creator of Brainspotting. My clinical experience ranges from outpatient therapy, school-based treatment, residential treatment (in clinical, supervisory, and administrative capacities overseeing treatment and care in a 13-bed unit for dual-diagnosis teens), crisis hotline, care coordination and collaboration with hospital and emergency services, in-home treatment, and virtual residential treatment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe change happens the moment we are 100% honest with ourselves. We are all here with the opportunity to grow into the most authentic versions of ourselves. We can use the awareness and strength that comes from our challenging experiences to become who we are meant to be.
