About My Clients

Many of my clients come to therapy after years of feeling like they have had to hide, adapt, or disconnect from parts of themselves to make it through life. They may look like they’re functioning on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure why things feel so hard. I specialize in supporting trauma survivors and late-identified autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults navigating burnout, masking, identity, relationships, and reconnecting with who they truly are.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing involves more than just understanding why we feel the way we do. Many of my clients have spent years gaining insight, but still feel stuck in the same patterns. Together, we work with both the mind and body to create deeper, lasting change. I integrate EMDR, somatic-based therapy, IFS-informed parts work, attachment, and nervous system approaches to support trauma healing and self-understanding. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and centered around helping you reconnect with yourself rather than forcing yourself to become someone else. I specialize in trauma and neurodiversity-affirming care, especially supporting late-diagnosed autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults. I understand the impact of years of masking, self-criticism, and trying to fit into environments that may not honor the way your brain naturally works. My hope is for therapy to become a space where you can feel fully seen, fully known, fully accepted, and su

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves the experience of feeling fully seen, fully known, and fully accepted. So much of our pain comes not from who we are, but from the ways we have learned to hide, disconnect, or change ourselves in order to belong. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist myself, I deeply value neurodiversity-affirming care and creating spaces where different ways of thinking, feeling, communicating, and experiencing the world are understood rather than pathologized. I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself and reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been pushed aside. I value authenticity, curiosity, lifelong learning, and honoring the connection between the mind and body. My work is rooted in the belief that we heal through safe connection, self-understanding, and the freedom to become more fully ourselves.
