About My Clients
People contact me for many reasons. Often, though not always, the impetus seems to fall into one of two categories. Either something has happened to a person that has significantly changed their world, or nothing has happened and they are feeling stuck. Either scenario can leave someone feeling lost, confused, disconnected, and alone. Frequently I'm contacted after the loss of a loved one, including loss from suicide, or when someone is experiencing difficulty with life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My aim is to work with you collaboratively to get you re-connected, grounded, and feeling more confident about moving forward toward your goals. To that end, and depending upon your situation, I might utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
