You've built a life that looks good on paper but something feels off. I help high-achievers feel calm, confident, and like themselves again.

Psychotherapist in Washington, DC

About My Clients

I work with adults and older adolescents (16+) who are ready to feel less anxious, less hard on themselves, and more present in their lives. Many of my clients are ambitious professionals and students juggling demanding careers or coursework, an inner critic that never lets up, and relationships that feel harder than they should. I specialize in anxiety, career stress and burnout, and maternal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety.

My Background and Approach

I have over fifteen years of experience providing psychotherapy to clients navigating anxiety, career stress and burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, maternal mental health, parenting, and the demands of balancing personal and professional life. Most recently, I worked as a psychotherapist at the Sibley Group, a prominent private practice in Northwest DC. I’ve also worked at a psychiatric hospital, a residential mental health treatment program, outpatient psychotherapy clinics, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where I supported executives and graduate students with career development, identity, and advancement. My approach draws on CBT and ACT to help clients understand patterns that keep them stuck, clarify what matters most, and make meaningful changes. My goal is to help clients feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves.
