My Background and Approach
Sarah has a different approach to therapy, often using writing, art, music and dancing to guide her clients to self-care and healing through complex issues including gender identity, eliminating codependency, recovering from substance dependence and complex PTSD, which can become very difficult to only focus on talk therapy to work through.
