About My Clients
I work well with people pleasers, people who struggle to set boundaries, or people who chronically sacrifice themselves for others. When we are able to know what we need and set limits in our relationships, we enhance our emotional well-being and our relationships become healthier. My experience includes working with adult clients who have experienced trauma or addiction either directly or within their family systems.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Somatic and Attachment focused EMDR (SAFE EMDR) trauma therapy. I have several years of experience working in addiction treatment settings. I am passionate about helping my clients regain confidence while beginning to love and trust themselves. I help my clients unlearn negative beliefs and begin to change relationship patterns that no longer serve them. I currently offer in-person sessions in Nashville, and online sessions anywhere in Tennessee.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person is worthy of love and belonging, regardless of their race, who they love, what they believe, or how they identify. I personally support LGBTQ+ rights and am an advocate towards antiracism.
