About My Clients
My work is grounded in a holistic perspective that recognizes the strong connection between the mind and body. By integrating somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I aim to support greater well-being, fulfillment, self-understanding, and connection. I have extensive experience working with children with autism, college students, athletes, and women navigating anxiety, trauma, identity and transitional struggles, relational concerns, grief, and sports issues.
My Background and Approach
I have one year of experience in private practice providing psychotherapy to individuals and families, working with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, ADHD, trauma, and grief. I also have three years of experience working as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, enhancing their communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and peer engagement. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems in my work, individualizing therapeutic approaches and interventions to your unique needs, goals, and interests. I view therapy as collaborative place where you are the expert in your own needs, and I incorporate your preferences and strengths when selecting best-fit modalities and interventions.
