If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately—you’re not alone. Life can be heavy sometimes, and it’s okay to need support. In our work together, you’ll have a safe space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on. My goal is to help you feel understood, build clarity, and gently move toward healing at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all figured out—we’ll do this together.
My Background and Approach
I use a mix of approaches because every client is different. I am trained in Brainspotting, a trauma informed brain based therapy. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, inclusive, and affirming approach I help those that are needing help finding themselves again. Whether it’s feeling burnt out in life, struggling in your relationships, reliving past experiences, or needing support in the stress of everyday life: I’m here to support you, hear you, and guide you on your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an inclusive therapist. This means that I advocate for equality no matter who you are. I am a neurodivergent therapist. This means that not only do I provide neurodivergent affirming care, but I also am neurodivergent myself. I recognize and understand that everyone’s experiences and beliefs are different. I strive to provide a safe space for everyone.
