I encourage focus on somatic experience, addressing the whole person, & how one's experiences impact engagement in life & relationships with others. I draw from various theoretical orientations & approaches to best adapt to your specific needs. I have specific extended training in gender affirming consultation/therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, & Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
