About My Clients
Sessions are available in-person in Salida or via telehealth (Colorado). Whether you’re processing a difficult relationship dynamic, exploring your identity, managing the emotional weight of multiple connections, or just trying to find your footing during a hard season — I want to be a space where you don’t have to code-switch or over-explain.
My Background and Approach
Finding a therapist who actually gets non-monogamy — without needing you to explain or defend your relationship structure — can feel like a whole project in itself. I wanted to put myself out there for anyone who might be looking. ENM and poly relationships are something I have genuine experience with, not just a checkbox on my intake form.
