I am a licensed therapist with training in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and burnout. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining deeply relational. I have extensive experience working with adults, parents, teachers, and high-functioning professionals who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. My background allows me to help you not only understand what’s happening in your brain and nervous system, I help clients develop practical strategies that make daily life feel more manageable. I support clients in building executive functioning skills, reducing shame, and working with their brain rather than against it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, authentic—where we can laugh, reflect, and be honest without fear of judgment. I don't believe in pretending to have all the answers, but I do believe in being present, curious, while walking with you as we explore what's weighing you down or getting in the way.
