I support children, teens, and adults in building confidence, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthier ways of thinking, with a special focus on adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life stress.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and build effective coping skills. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and working toward meaningful change.
